2023-2024 Grant Recipients:
Grant recipients for the 2023-2024 cycle must submit post-award reports as follows (a link with instructions is offered below).
Upon receipt of your award letter, please complete the Grant Agreement.
2022-2023 Grant Recipients:
Grant recipients for the 2022-2023 cycle must submit post-award reports as follows (a link with instructions is offered below).
Submitting for Reimbursement: Please provide invoices no more frequently than monthly. Invoices must include a detailed comparison of actual revenue and expenses to the approved budget. Final payment will not be released until all reports have been completed.
